clitdb: Command Line Interface To DataBase

Written in C#, provides a command line interface to any ADO.NET database. This allows arbitrary SQL commands to be sent to a connected ADO.NET database from the command line.

This client works in a similar way to the mysql client.

clitdb can be used for the following uses:

• extraction and updating stored procedures (particularly useful for revision control)
• extraction and updating data
• automating tasks
• access to database where there is no access to a GUI

I originally wrote this client to place stored procedures into revision control and access an MsSql server without access to the machine GUI.
